Returns & Refunds Policy – Times Collectors
The provision of goods and services by Times Collectors is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Times Collectors will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 3% administration fee.
PLEASE NOTE: When we engrave a watch upon a client’s request, we cannot offer any refunds or buybacks.
Times Collectors warrants all watches to be genuine and free of defects. Each watch description specifies the warranty period and whether it is covered by Times Collectors. Some watches come with an international warranty card.
Times Collectors generally offers a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase on new watches, and a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on pre-owned watches, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers malfunctions due to manufacturing and material defects, battery replacement, and water resistance under regular use, within the manufacturer’s specifications.
When a watch is sold as new/unworn or pre-owned and includes the manufacturer’s warranty, the balance of the factory warranty will apply, depending on the activation date. If no balance remains on the international warranty, the Times Collectors warranty will be in effect (as specified in each watch’s description).
The warranty does not cover:
Scratches, finish, or crystal/glass damage
Leather or fabric strap wear
Damage due to excessive wear and tear
Water damage beyond the manufacturer’s specified resistance
Damage from physical or accidental abuse
All warranty repairs must be handled directly through Times Collectors. Watches opened or repaired by any other party will void the Times Collectors warranty. We will cover all parts and labor, or replace the watch at our discretion, within the warranty period.
All warranty returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please call 012 940 1055 prior to return to obtain your RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the return package. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to Times Collectors. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier (e.g., FedEx, The Courier Guy). Shipments must be prepaid and fully insured. Collect shipments will be refused. In case of loss or damage during transit, the customer is liable.
Return Policy for Purchases
Times Collectors specializes in the sale of unworn, pre-owned, and 100% authentic watches only. We do not resell worn watches or those out of style. As such, we maintain a fair but firm return policy.
We accept returns within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.
Watches must be returned in unworn condition, with all protective plastics/tape, hangtags, and accessories intact.
Do not wear the watch until you are certain you will keep it. Even minimal wear can result in blemishes or scratches, making the watch ineligible for return.
If the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, Times Collectors will cover the full cost of the return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please call 012 940 1055 to obtain your RA#. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Do not size the bracelet (i.e., remove any links).
All products must be returned with their original packaging, manuals, protective tape, hangtags, etc.
Returns will be credited in full minus a 4% restocking fee and the original shipping and insurance charges.
Restocking fees are waived in the case of an exchange.
Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Returns must be shipped via traceable courier (e.g., RAM Hand-to-Hand). The return shipment must be prepaid and fully insured for the value of the expected credit. Collect shipments will be refused. In the case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
Once an RA# has been issued, the return must arrive at Times Collectors within 7 days of the RA# being issued.
